Military Saber — Required and Recommended Gear

Equipment used in Military Saber (Adults 18+). Loaner gear is available for trial classes and new students.

Gear list

  • Light gloves
  • Gorget (throat protection)
  • Elbow protection
  • Saber simulator or steel saber
  • Fencing mask with back of head protection
  • Chest gear / fencing jacket
  • Hard knee & shin pads
  • Groin protection (mandatory)
